Shipping FAQ
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders will be shipped in 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.
For personalized orders, please allow for an additional 1-2 days for processing.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once your order is submitted we are unable to make any changes. If you would like to cancel your order, please email support@flowxjewelry.com and we will do our best.
My package says delivered but I did not receive it
We ask that you please allow 3 additional business days past the day it was marked as “delivered” as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
*Please be sure to check around for your package. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor may have received your package. Some carriers may also try to leave packages so they cannot be seen from the street.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What Is Your Return Policy?
If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your experience please contact us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Personalized products that include a custom engraving are not able to be exchanged and are non-refundable. Because these items include a personalization we are not able to restock or use the inventory once it has been engraved.
