Great product and customer service!
I have purchased a few number necklaces from Flowx for my baseball playing grandsons and they love them. I ordered the smaller one for my 6 year old grandson but it did seem a bit small for him but he loves it anyway. I ordered a 2nd small one for a friend that is older, at the same time. I felt that it would be too small for the older kid, so I contacted Flowx Jewelry and they are making the exchange right away with no problems. I am always relieved when ordering things online, that a real live person can be contacted. This a great company and product!
